So i have had a new alternator fitted, along with a new power steering belt, timing belt, water pump and calipers greased.

Im not mechanically minded and very new to cars, how would i know if it was blowing ? what am i listening for or looking for with that ?

Cant add a profile image or avatar, i made my image to 100x100 and another to 80x80 and tried both uploading and using url and when i click save it says invalid file, the files are JPEG...

Change water pump, and timing belt, see if that sorts your water issue (the timing belt wont obviously but if your doing water pump then best to do both anyway).
