    So are you trying to get 190bhp from just the exhaust can and headwork?

    No, ill be putting in a vvc lump when my head gasket goes, its showing signs now so not long

    Wouldn't worry about a VVC lump to much for 190bhp you're looking at the Piper VVC delete camshaft kit unless you can find a VHPD MS2 cylinder head all tho I've been looking for nearly 2 years now and still no luck

    I have a nice budget, i know what needs to be done to the engine to get it to 190, i just don't have much time haha

    No that feeling trackday session starts again in few weeks so don't look like mine be there for a while
