Great thread Levas, it's nice to read a down to earth build thread for once ( although I love turbo conversions as much as the next guy), might try that pollen filter hack myself as my car smells like wet dog at the moment.

Whereabouts was the pollen filter located on the car as if i can access it easily it would be an easy fix!

    Taa muchly.

The whole reason I bought the car was a cheap run about as my wife was pregnant and (as much as I love it) my 200bhp Clio just isn't reliable enough to trust, and it costs too much running it as a daily.

I do have some slightly grander plans for it that I'm trying to keep under wraps, but all will be revealed as it happens.

The pollen filter is behind the glove box.
If you undo the 2 bolts on the hinges, then remove the brace bar behind it it's a vertical box on the right hand side, probably 7" tall and 1" wide.

Removal / replacement is probably a 15 min job
