    ek9 swap for nova gte

Tempted to swap my ek9 for this nova gte. My mate has one with the c20ex in it and it does go well in a straight line haha.

My ek9 last month at the ring

    The car in question

Looks like a very good example, an engine swap would sort the power but what about the handling ? Any thoughts

Maybe if it had a tuned red top might be worth it over priced imo, no pics of the underside or floor which would worry me. When i started driving the only cars anyone had were Escorts, Fiesta's,Astra's, Nova's etc and we were always welding them up then 15 old years ago

Lol, pretty much as said above!

My first motor was a mk3 fiesta 1.0 popular with a 4 speed box.
It got turned into a full xr2i replica (apart from the engine) and i planned on dropping a burton tuned 1600 x-flow into it along with a xr2i gearbox with modified ratios.

    Until tinworm killed it properly.
Took it in for an mot and the floor pan came out in sections!
That was 10 or so years ago, on an otherwise clean car
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence.
