According to my son who is a mechanic...he says drive n sound fine...the m.o.t had been done in April n the head has had a shim fitted whilst head gasket replaced in July my son thinks that's where all the faults are from and that the car should have had the diagnostics cleared at that point when head completed.....the things we found is oil needed top up..n eexcessive noise when apply acceleration.... Son says he gonna check gearbox first....

Yes you got to remember when ever something is disconnected etc a DTC is sorted whether its relevant or not. If the engine management light wasn't on when you road tested it etc then there probably nothing to worry about. Best thing to do would be to clear them and recheck again after a week or so

Clutch pedals are high on ZR's check to see if there's a nut and bolt to adjust at top of pedal to bring it down a bit

if you can, get the codes cleared down, and then drive it for a day or so and have it re-scanned for current issues.

the ECU logs old codes until they are cleared, some of those issues could be months / years old and have already been rectified.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence.
