Good to meet you all. Been toying with joining for a while, I love Mgs having owned 2 mgf's, Tf, Tf stepspeed, which was written off after a crash, so decided to try an O5 plate 160 facelift in aquamarine which had been sitting around as it needed a head gasket and other work. Parted with my hard earned, and trailered her back. I know the facelift isn't to everyone's taste having been following comments prior to joining, but I like the look, and the rawness of it. Seems less space to work on around the timing area than an F or Tf which surprised me and was bad enough! but just done the head gasket, belts, brakes, vvc mech, and tidied the body work plus put a few things right that had been bodged previously. and now enjoying the drive. Looking forward to getting involved in the posts.
