Buzzer

Hi,
My ZR has been standing unused for quite some time now so the battery died. I have just fitted a new battery and found that when I did, the buzzer sounded. It does stop if I turn the ignition on or close the driver door. It does not seem to be affected by the other doors or bonnet. But as soon as I turn the ignition off, if the door is open it sounds. How to stop this please?

You mean the buzzer thats in the car not the alarm sounder?

Yep stupid me. Its the internal buzzer because the park lights were on. Plonker
