well thats got to be a wire mech issue from inside the car then. when you turn the heater dial can you feel resistance of like a humming noise?

not necessarily, the pipes to one side of the thermostat will get hot whereas the other side will remain cooler

majority of the time a lack of hot air is due to either the thermostat or hgf. leave the car to run warm then check all your pipes running round the engine if you come to a cold one then its more...

Welcome to the site. You will be supprised as some late models were sat around in the factory for a very long time. My 2005 zr was actually manufactered in early 2004!

Im just gonna leave my zr at the hotel probably and hitch a lift with someone. Ita in no state to go on a show stand.
