This will be flying past 1.9's VXR's everything soon, been quoted on the remap 180BHP and 325torque so will be a monster and no I changed to a set of angel eyes the same as sam's, couldn't value...

I'm only doing muscle groups technically twice a week because I do the night rest then go 12 hours later and do the same if you know what I mean?

I'm currently training 12 times a week now while I'm out if work morning and afternoon sessions, light weights high reps during day and high weights low reps during night, it's working pretty well...

U aint gotta tell me I'm running a large front mount intercooler, s/s 2.5 inch streight throu exhaust, egr blanked, open cone air filter and a hybrid turbo

How come you havnt have the T8 ink padded back onto the alloys? Looks like a rep with the alloys like that

also i dont suppose you know which turbo your running are you? because all the astras are different, for example my turbo is a veriable vein turbo, whereas my mate has the same spec but a year older...
