Ive been prodding and poking the heat shield that is fixed to the underside of the car and there isnt any play in it.

The actual cat itself is quite frayed and looks in bad condition.

Ive got a severe rattling sound coming from around the cat on my car ( 1.4 53 plate ) i was just wondered if anyone had this problem previously and could give me some help

So i guess its just sand and fill till they are nice enough to be primered and sprayed.

My alloys are pretty kerbed and look dreadful, ive finally got fed up of looking at them.

Whats the best stuff to use for refurbing them?
