HOW TO: Install rear coilovers

Hopefully it's helpful to people looking to do this themselves.

The guide includes removal of the standard strut, and then a guide to install the new coilover(s)

If anyone has a read and finds problems, let me know.. but chances are people will see the HOW TO is from me, and run a mile haha!!

I will be adding pictures of some of the steps next time I'm looking at the suspension, which will be sometime next week
