    Dirty Thieves

Went out to town yesterday in the ZS, parked up in the place I have done for about 5 years, went in to do shopping and 50 mins later returned to 2 smashed windows and my uber expensive £40 stereo removed by force.

Looks like a botched job tbh Xan!

Main reason to go for the rear 1/4 window is minimal noise/mess, if they've still had to do the main window after that, then they need lessons!

    Atleast nobody was hurt

They have ragged all the wires out so I will need to find a wiring diagram before I can fit a new stereo, might see about getting a new connecting block as well.

It's less about the damage and more the hassle

All the wires or just the stereo ones?

If it's just the stereo ones, get a photo of them all together and i'll tell you what goes where

You can get proper stereo ISO block repair kits from radioworld on ebay, about £4 with the mini spade connectors

Nope they didn't touch the paint thank goodness, they have damaged the pillar trim, but that's not too bad.

Only reason I didn't remove the fascia was because I was only going to be 5-10 mins and the stereo cost me £40 from maplin. It was a nikkai FFS not even a big brand. looks like the kenwood is going back in (cheapy one installed as it had bluetooth for hands free)
