Polo 6N Coilovers??

Hi evryone.

Just to state i'm new to the ZR scene and i've heard that you can fit coilovers from the Polo 6N is this true?
Only because a mate of mine is selling a set so if i can save myself a bit of dollar then it's win win, just rather get advice first before i go all out and buy the ZR ones..

Hope you can help and sorry if it is a dumb question

The Zr is a pretty sorted chassis to start off with, MGR did a lot of development work to make these car handle.

Just for looks really more than anything, need to make it lower

I know its hard to bit the bullet and spend so much on the ZR coilovers but even if you can modify the polo ones to fit, they are not designed for this car and the consequences can be pretty severe, ending up costing a lot more than you are actually saving by fitting them. Not to mention safety issues.

Your better of with lowering springs mate there not a direct fit and the bearing on the front wouldn't fit properly but saying that anything can be made to fit

If you get coilies, get mgzr coilies, just think, if it all goes wrong at 90, its your life in question

Sorted won't bother was just making sure I wasn't blowing my cash and being stuck without, I'll get some ZR ones, cheers
