    105 brakes

    hi was thinking of getting the solid drilled and grooved discs as my standard ones are near the end of there life is it worth it .

    you could do you wont get any better stoppin power, your better off getting a vented set up, looks good though
    If someone tells you to stop spending so much money on your car, ditch them, you don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

    No point what so ever fitting drilled discs for the 105 just get a set of pagid discs and pads from euros you wont really get any better than that anyway

    ok thxs . have been looking on ebay for the 120 calipers and carriers as been told that would be better .

    120 calipers are a little better.
    They use the same size disc, but it is vented rather than solid
    If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence.

    Yes to be fair unless your on a bit of a mission and get the disc's hot enough to need to added cooling of vented discs you wont notice any difference between them
