Quick question about insurance

Ealier today some **** bumped in my car at tescos car park both got out of the car to see the dmg but it was allryt the other lad kicked off ect got back in his car and drove off.It wasnt my fault because ive stoped he just kept coming at me ... there were ppl around seen it all.I didnt get his plate nr but since no dammage caused am not bothered ... but am not sure if he got mine so the question is can he cause me any trouble ?

Shouldn't be any problems all tho may be worth asking to see of CCTV caught it just incase. Should have given him a slap

if he reports it and you don't you could get done for leaving the scene of an accident / failure to report.
You get 7 days from the incident to call it in, and as you don't have any of his details etc, you can't even ask him about it.

the thing is that bfore i actually could get his number plate ect he was gone already

If it was me, I'd see if I could get a copy of the CCTV, just incase.
Then if there are any comebacks, you've got proof of him driving off and not giving details etc.
