central locking issues

Hi ! I have owned my ZR for 2 years and am having difficulties with the central locking/immobiliser. Sometimes the doors will open and then the ignition won't start. Have tried a new battery in the key fob, but no change. Anyone got any ideas ?

Put you head near to the glove box and turn the key to when the dash lights come on, listen carefully for a buzz noise, if you hear it its your relays. just pointing this out as i had the same and found it was my replys.

Have you also tried getting in the car and press the door locking button and then try to start the car?
any loose earths from the battery? all wires ok to the starter motor?
