Spark Plug removal

Hi folks how easy is it to replace the spark plugs. I took the cover off the head and found 2 x coils and the other 2 coils had a kind of ecu box on top of them. I didn't want to try and remove incase I mess it up.

Long as you keep the packs in this order just unbolt and replace sparks.
