    im coming off weight gainers next , dunno where ever to try optimums 100% gold standard whey or go back onto phd pharma whey any suggestions ?

    Im a gym addict. 5 days a week for me. Currently 105kg @ 14% bf (6ft 3"). Goals by next summer is to be 105kg @ 7% bf

    3 years ago I was 67kg

    Let me let you into a secret. 90% of supplements are bull****, its no wonder they're taxing it. Protein is protein. I reccomend nutrisport 90+ for its high protein content. Its independantly tested too unlike most. It is incredibly lean, it had 6-7g of carb for every 100g of powder. If you want to gain weight eat foods, supplementation should be a small part of your diet and I only have it after the gym and first thing in the morning - the two times when Its hard for me to get the foods. Keep your carbs whole and clean, proteins high and fats average. Follow a 50/40/10 split of protein/carb/fat as that is a good split for a lean gain diet. If you really arent gaining weight, play with the macros, try doubling carbs, or fat.

    yeh your right bristol i just want a decent shake for after my workout only have one a day , and creatine pre and post workout . im having 6-7 meals a day just abit less on weekends suppose its all about time i have only been going about 8 - 9 month

    Stay consistent and you will gain. Get yourself off that PHD or gold ****e and buy some basic stuff such as BBW whey or 90+. You have no idea how much money your wasting

    Iv got more time on my hands now so im hiyting the gym again... going to get ny shape back as i let it go..
